TC Part 5I got home, I realized I had been out longer than i had planned. I tried to compose my face so I looked happy. Maybe I wouldn't tell my mom. I walked up the front porch steps and entered the screen door. My mom was coming down the stairs. "Hayley, you were out late. Look what time it is." I glanced at the clock. I was still shivering, the ice was ice, but I focused on the fact that it made my foot better. "The swelling will stay down. I'm still debating whether you really did break your toe with a horse."
